Green tea is often the subject of conversation in our house as we make strides toward healthier living. My husband, in particular, has been very interested in supplementing his normal diet and exercise plan with a Green Tea extract blend in an effort to boost his body's fat burning ability and to improve his physical exercise performance. We recently had the opportunity to sample and review the Advanced Green Tea Extract (Green Tea and Vitamin C) Blend from Zennwise Labs. What is our review of the Zenwise Labs Advanced Green Tea Extract Capsules?

What did we think of the Zenwise Labs Advanced Green Tea Extract?
  

The Zenwise Labs Advanced Green Tea Extract Capsules are easy to swallow.  Swallowing supplements is a frequent issue for me--I simply cannot swallow large pills. The Advanced Green Tea Extract capsules are not too large and are extremely easy to swallow. Neither I nor my husband noticed any taste, breath or digestive issues after taking the capsules.

Did we notice any results from the Zenwise Labs Advanced Green Tea Extract? We have only sampled the capsules for a little over a week at the writing of this review--so the jury is still out on the long term cholesterol benefits or longterm weightloss. However, we have noticed that my husband is responding a bit more to his usual diet and exercise program. Whether the green tea extract is boosting his fat burning rate--or giving him more stamina to push through his workouts--or it helped push him beyond his weightloss plateau--we are seeing some physical improvements.  As for me--I have certainly noticed an energy boost during my days.

Have we noticed any side effects?  Neither of us have noticed any jitters, headaches, digestive issues or any other side effect related to this product.  I frequently suffer from headaches with herbal supplements and remedies--and have seen zero issues with this product.

Would I recommend Zenwise Labs Advanced Green Tea Extract.  I am actually seeing some benefits and results in a rather short time with this product.  Many people note that it has an appetite suppressing effect.  I have not seen that at all--but, I have noticed increased energy and a better response to diet and exercise in our usual weight loss activities while using this product.  The bottle shown above contains 120 capsules and would last for several weeks with a dosage of no more than 2 per day. I would certainly recommend this product as an energy booster or as an aid to a healthy diet and exercise program.  I will be interested to see if there are longterm results (such as lowered cholesterol numbers) when we head in for our annual checkups over the summer!
