Monday Motivation: DREAM Clarify and Create What you Want by Marcia Wieder Book Review and Giveaway

Busy days have ways of keeping many of us from pursuing our dreams. Sometimes; however, we create our own roadblocks to bar the path from dream to success. I was excited to read and review DREAM: Clarify and Create What You Want by Marcia Wieder.

I received a complimentary copy of this book for use in my review. I also joined the iRead Book Tour--and readers may enter to win a prize in the book tour giveaway at the end of this post.

Quick Summary of DREAM: Clarify and Create What You Want. Do you dare to dream? If so, you are a results-oriented person. Dream is designed to help you both transform your own life and contribute to making the world a better place. Dreaming is something you do—or should do.

You were created to create, and your ability to dream is paramount and fundamental when it comes to living a dream-come-true life. Dream will help you design a life that is the highest expression of your purpose by creating dreams in every area that matters to you, both personally and professionally.

This book will help you take real steps toward creating and achieving the dreams that matter to you most. It will help you to uncover, or recover, your purpose so that you can live with purpose—and there’s nothing that will bring you greater fulfillment.

Reading this book will help you to fully understand:

• Who you really are
• How you want your life to be
• How to develop dreams that inspire you
• How to look at your life with a fresh perspective
• How to remove fear, doubt, or other obstacles
• How to implement shortcuts and the techniques you will learn

Dream will teach you exactly how to do these and so much more.

DREAM breaks the subject of life's dreams into a chapter by chapter plan toward success. Many times, a self help/self discovery tool offers only vague guidance to readers. In a chapter by chapter guide, Wieder offers much more in this book. Her simple exercises and well-developed format teach readers to, not only discover their dreams--but, to implement real-world plans toward their achievement.  While two people with very different dreams require different specifics as they move toward achieving goals and dreams--the building blocks offered throughout this book provide valuable information and guidance to stalled dreamers.

DREAM offers something for everyone. Obviously everyone's dream is different--but, the guidance is surprisingly well suited for both readers simply trying to focus his or her dreams and those simply hitting a roadblock years down their paths. The author understands the problems people face in pursuing dreams and has written an easy to read, easy to follow book to guide just about anyone toward personal fulfillment.

Would I recommend DREAM? This book is a quick read--but, offers so many reference points from the entire "dreaming" process from the very basics of identifying goals and desires to revisiting and revising along the way. I think this book is one that I will keep on my bookshelf to revisit when I hit roadblocks and need a little re-motivation. This is the closest self-help style book I've read to personal life/dream coaching. I love the book's format, the author's writing style, the book's flow and the value of the tips and guidance. I think this book is a must read for entrepreneurs and small business owners especially--though it offers something for anyone feeling stuck or lost on their life path.
