Our girls have never met a park or a playground that they didn’t love. As a parent, I know how important creative playtime is for the health and well-being of children--and it’s so unfortunate that so many kids in our country do not have access to creative play spaces regularly. I wanted to share a wonderful opportunity from the makers of Children's Claritin and the national nonprofit organization, KaBOOM! to help bring innovative play spaces to four U.S. schools in need.
Building a community with Imagination Playground equipment. Children's Claritin and KaBOOM! have selected
12 finalist schools --all seeking to bring creative play spaces to their
students, but lacking the funding. Four of these finalists will receive Imagination Playground
equipment. These mobile play sets are
comprised of oversized foam blocks that can be assembled inside or outside,
giving children of all abilities the opportunity to foster creativity and critical-thinking
