Preorder Copy of New Weight Loss Book “Cinch!” by Cynthia Sass

With upcoming 2011 New Year’s Resolutions in the making, and weight loss seeming to annually creep its way onto many lists, the release of diet and nutrition writer Cynthia Sass’ new weight loss book Cinch! could not come at a better time.

Sass, the Weight Loss Blogger for Shape magazine and creator and co-author of the New York Times Bestselling Flat Belly Diet has penned her latest 30-day weight loss program Cinch! Cinch! seeks to help readers prevent overeating, and learn about nutritional food choices to burn fat and increase metabolism—all without feeling deprived.

The program consists of a 5-day Fast Forward plan that centers on five foods—eggs, yogurt, spinach, almonds, and raspberries. This initial junk food “detox” is packed with various combinations of these five low cal, nutritious foods—and promises an initial weight loss of up to 8 pounds. The remainder of the 30 day diet plan features food combinations that yield increased metabolism and maximum fat burning—all while decoding the body’s “fullness” signals, leaving Cinch! dieters feeling more satisfied and more willing to stick with the diet plan.

To make it easy to follow, Sass’ Cinch! plan creates meal options for readers—which can be interchanged as needed. The plan also includes vegan and vegetarian options as well.
Cinch! is set to be released December 28, 2010. It is available for preorder before 28th at major book retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble or Borders. Cinch! will also be available in ebook formats for devices such as Kindle and Nook as well.
