Shake Up your Mornings with Silk Fruit & Protein

My girls are fairly active with school activities, Irish dance, and extra curricular activities like drama and art—sometimes our days end after 9 or 10 and they are up and at it again by 6:30.  We understand the importance of a good combination of healthy proteins and carbs in the morning to power our days.  When we discovered Silk Fruit & Protein as an alternative to our usual, morning apple or orange juice, it became in immediate part of our morning routine.  I am writing this post as part of a Social Moms sponsored campaign.  I only write about products and experiences that I generally would recommend—and Silk Fruit & Protein is a regular “resident” in our refrigerator; so I wanted to share my positive experiences with my readers.

What is Silk Fruit & Protein?  When I think of Silk products; I look in the plant-based refrigerated section of our local dairy or produce departments.  That is exactly where my readers will find Silk Fruit & Protein.  It is a fruit juice blend that offers excellent sources of vitamin D and calcium along with 5 grams of protein.  It will be a hit with the whole family.  Our girls (and this mom) love Mango Peach--but there are other flavors available as well.

Why am I fan of Silk Fruit and Protein?  I am a huge fan of quick breakfasts—especially with my morning procrastinators—and Silk Fruit & Protein makes my morning job so much easier.  The girls are excited to drink this juice blend, and I know that they are getting a better mixture of the nutrients they need to start a busy day.   My youngest daughter prefers to skip breakfast—some days she just does not feel like eating.  I know how important breakfast is to little minds and bodies.  She is much more willing to drink a juice blend --while she refuses cereals or usual breakfast foods in the early morning.  My 18 year old daughter is always running late—and needs something that I can toss into her coffee cup that is a little more nutritious than a latte.  My middle daughter is a carb fanatic—she would eat pure sugar for breakfast.  —and needs a protein kick in her favorites.  Silk Fruit and Protein works extremely well for my family.

Where can you buy Silk Fruit & Protein?    I live in a great area (in the Columbus suburbs), so I am always lucky enough to find new favorite products in the stores where I regularly shop. But, I did grow up in a rural area that was ALWAYS the last to get the latest and greatest favorites.  Check out this store locator  to find a store near you that is featuring Silk Fruit & Protein.

Are you ready to try Silk Fruit & Protein?  I am so happy to share a Silk Fruit & Protein coupon with my readers.  I know that, once you try it—you’ll like it as much as I do if you are struggling to find the right, convenient mix to your morning breakfast routine!

Sometimes we all need to wake up a little easier—and shake up our morning breakfast routines.  Is your routine working as well as possible?  I am a fan of protein/carb blends in the morning—and I think Silk Fruit & Protein is the perfect solution to many moms’ morning nutritional dilemmas!
