Some things are just better together: Burgers & Fries, Movies
& Popcorn, a favorite outfit—and Tide, Bounce and Downy. Tide and Downy have been long-time residents
in my laundry room—but, I had never added Bounce to the duo until recently. Are Tide, Downy and Bounce better together at
caring for my family’s favorite outfits?
A busy family needs go-to outfits. I love spring and summer—and tend to head
toward loose fitting, floral tank tops and khaki or coordinating solid walking
shorts or capris for all of my daily mom-outings. They are casual enough for dance class
lobbies—and can be dressed up enough with accessories and cute sandals for
school functions and less dressy events.
Our three daughters always seem to be dressed up and on the
go. They own a lot of dress/cardigan
combinations and fun, summer sun dresses.
No time for dry-clean only in this house!
A busy family needs go-to laundry supplies. We recently sampled Tide free & gentle,
Bounce free and Downy free. Original scent Tide
and the original Downy have been in my laundry room for as long as I can
remember. We have had to shift from
scented products to perfume and dye free ones with our daughters (two have asthma
and one has extremely sensitive skin). I
was excited to find perfume/dye free Bounce available in our local Target store
to try with the same line of Tide and Downy.
Are Tide, Downy and Bounce better together for our family’s
favorite outfits? I love the results
with Tide and Downy—our clothes are clean, fresh and soft. With Bounce in the dryer, they were also “cling-free”—and
in our house, with our extra dry air, that is quite an accomplishment!
What are your favorite, better together outfits? Do you need a better-together, laundry
routine?
