About the Book

A DC conspiracy novel of grand proportions...

Washington, DC, housewife Margaret Turnbull's world literally blows up after her husband, FBI agent Clay Turnbull, is falsely arrested and killed by agents working for an international drug cartel.

Unbeknownst to Margaret, her enemy's tentacles reach all the way to the White House and control senior personnel. Their powerful enterprise in jeopardy, the assassins will stop at nothing to cover their tracks. With cutting-edge surveillance--CIA, FBI, and NSA technology--there is nowhere to hide, no one to trust. No one is safe--anywhere.

My Review

No End of Bad is an exciting thriller for readers.  Readers are thrown into action and adventures from the first few pages of the novel, and the author keeps the pace moving through to the end.   I enjoy a political thriller that combines enough fiction with the all too possible to make it not only interesting--but, a little more frightening on a deeper level.  Fite creates a rather believable conspiracy thriller with twists and turns--and few trustworthy characters.

The author's writing style creates a story with depth.  I love novels that offer readers various viewpoints and character experiences as the chapters change.  No End of Bad switches characters and scenes throughout the sections of the book.  This format keeps the action moving--and gives readers additional information at times that really creates a full storyline.  The author's characters are well-developed and easy for readers to "see" and understand--but, some of the chapter shifts are a bit difficult to transition into and fall in line with the individual character's story of the chapter.

Would I recommend No End of Bad by Ginny Fite?
Ginny Fite's No End of Bad is a fast-paced, political thriller that is well balanced and interesting from cover to cover.  The storyline is one filled with all-too-real elements of deception, conspiracy and government cover-ups.  The author presents the darkness of the world very well--and does it a bit graphically at times.  I enjoy her writing style, characters, and her story development--although, it did take me a bit to settle into some of the chapters and switch gears from one character or scene to another at times.  I would recommend this novel to fans of political thrillers or government conspiracy novels.
