Today, I have her music on my daily playlist and I am very excited to share her book with you! My Jesus Touches the Heart. As the author shares her memories, readers will smile, and the love and life that her family shared--and will cry at the grief they shared as well. From bearing the emotional loss of brother Jacob to enduring the long-term suffering, feelings of depression, and loss to finding her path in serving God, Anne shares a moving, uplifting and inspiring story that will benefit every reader.
The Book Sheds Light into the Story Behind Anne Wilson's Music. As I said, I was unfamiliar with Anne Wilson before receiving a copy of this book. I was so touched by Anne's story and her voice in the pages of My Jesus that I had to listen to her musical voice as well. If you are already a fan of this Christian singer--the book gives her music even more depth and meaning. If you read her book--you need to continue and follow her musical calling as well. She is an amazingly talented, driven, devoted young lady!
Would I Recommend My Jesus by Anne Wilson? This book is the most emotional, heartfelt, and authentic memoir/autobiography that I have read in a very long time. I definitely recommend it to Christian readers who may need some reminders about faith and God's love and path during times of challenges and grief. The author's writing style and devotion to her purpose make this an endearing read that holds you to the pages and stays in your heart long after you finish reading.
