Planning a more active 2014?  As many of make (and make plans to keep) our New Years’ Resolutions or words of the year, we need a little help and support along the way.  My personal word of the year is action—and I love finding new tips and products to help me achieve my active goals.  Have you seen the Lands' End Performance line of active wear for women?  As a long-time fan of Lands' End products for myself and my family, I was excited to see the expansion of the brand’s active wear line.

I am a long-time fan of Lands' End quality and style.  Almost every piece of outdoor gear for my girls bears the Lands' End logo.  As I look through the Performance active wear line—I love the fact that the pieces are versatile enough for wear beyond a workout.  As a mom, I’m almost always on the go and I need clothing that stands up to my days.

What are a few of my favorite pieces from the new Lands' End Performance active wear line?

Slim Leg Control Performance Pant. This performance pant offers interior mesh control panels that help smooth the hips and waist for a slimming look. 

Racerback Control Tank. The mesh panels on the front and sides help smooth the tummy without restricting movement.

Colorblock Running Jacket. This jacket offers moisture wicking fabric and built in UV protection—and I like the colorblocking.
