I love candles.  There are just certain scents that I associate with seasons and special times of my life--and scented candles are perfect for bringing back those memories and setting those seasonal moods.  I was recently offered the chance to review an Old Factory Candles Gift Set--and also have a gift code for another set to give away to one lucky reader!  What did we think of Old Factory Candles?

Old Factory Candles offers a number of tempting varieties.  I had a very difficult time choosing a set to review!  In the end, since it's still Fall in our little corner of the world, I opted for the Fall Harvest Candles Gift Set--although I also wanted Happy Holidays, Winter Wonderland and Coffee Shop as well!

The Fall Harvest soy candle gift set serves up Pumpkin Spice, Cranberry and Autumn Leaves.

I loved the scents of this gift set.  The frangrances seemed more natural and a bit softer than some commercial candles.  The scents stayed true with every burn and the scents were light and natural--without overtaking the whole house--something of a blessing for me as I have a child with asthma!   I think the Pumpkin Spice was my favorite.  The scent was not as light as the Cranberry or the Autumn Leaves--but, it wasn't overpowering or "fake" either.

Old Factory Candles Burn Cleanly and Evenly

I love soy candles.  They burn without the smoke and soot of traditional candles--and these Old Factory Candles are no exception.  I have not come close to burning any of these candles for 20 hours yet--so I cannot attest to the candles' lifespan--but, the wicks were all nicely centered and the jars were evenly filled without air pockets and gaps.

Cute Packaging Makes Cute Gifts

The simple brown paper packaging of these candles makes them cute, neutral gift options.  There are a variety of scents and options available for every occasion or need from the holidays to baby showers.
